Youth Endurance Services™ - for Athletics

OVERVIEW - - -

"365 Coverage" - - -
Yes-Athletics™ offers year-round liability insurance (hereinafter called YES-Athletics 365™) for Endurance Running Clubs participating in the Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships (CCCNYC).

Clubs that opt-in for YES-Athletics 365™ (coverage) are hereinafter called “365 Clubs”.  And, after payment of a student's "365 Fee", the student is referred to as a  “365 Students”.  All "365 Students" pay an annual fee for coverage, hereinafter called the “365 Fee”.

IMPORTANT:
All members of a club must be current “365 Students” in order for their club’s YES-Athletics 365™ coverage to be in effect.
And, all members of a club must be current “365 Students” in order for the club to request a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

2-Day Coverage - - -
YES-Athletics™ also offers limited coverage for clubs that are participating in the CCCNYC meet who do not need year-round (365) coverage through YES-Athletics™.  These clubs are hereinafter referred to as “2-Day Clubs”, and their club members are hereinafter referred to as “2-Day Students”. 

NOTE: 2-day Coverage at the CCCNYC meet is automatically included in the cost of registration for students who are not 365 Students.

365 Clubs are given a $5 dollar discount on the CCCNYC Meet Registration fee for each of their 365 students that enter the meet.  In effect, this reduces their YES-Athletics 365 fee to only $5 per year.

Unattached runners (hereinafter called “UNA Students”) are not eligible for 365 Coverage and therefore pay for coverage as part of the Registration Fee at the CCCNYC meet.

Parents must provide authorization  for their student to be included in the club's 365 Coverage.
Parent Authorization (PA) must be provided online in the website designated by YES-Athletics™.  The designated website is: entriesandresults.com --- The club head coach or administrator shall provide instructions and assistance, as needed, to each parent that is providing online Parent Authorization.

NOTE: Assistance to individual parents for processing online Parent Authorization is not provided by YES-Athletics™.

 Fee" YES-Athletics 365™ coverage is provided on an annual basis.  The beginning of each 365 Coverage Year is August 1st.  The end of each 365 Coverage Year is July 31st of the following year.

SUMMARY:  Benefits for 365 Clubs:
The 365 Fee is currently $10 per Coverage Year per Student.  There are no fee refunds.
365 Clubs can request, at no additional cost, Certificates of Insurance (COI) for the club's designated practice locations, and meets hosted by the Club.

1-Day Coverage - - -
Non-365 Students attending a meet hosted by a 365 Club must pay a "One-Day (coverage) Fee".  The "One-Day Fee" can be collected as part of the meet's registration fee.  All such "One-Day Fees" must be collected by the host 365 Club and remitted to YES-Athletics™ no later than 7 days following the day of competition. 

Payments to Youth Endurance Services™:
Clubs can remit 365 Fees online on behalf of 365 Students.
Clubs also have the option of instructing each parent to pay the 365 Fee individually online.
And, Clubs have the option of collecting 365 Fees from each club member and paying by check.

Unique Youth Endurance Services™ benefits for 365 Clubs:

365 Clubs --- do not pay a "Club" Membership fee for 365 Coverage.
--- YES-Athletics™ does not offer "club" memberships.

365 Clubs --- cannot encourage Parents to "join" YES-Athletics™.
--- YES-Athletics™ does not offer "adult" memberships.
(Coaches and volunteers are included as part of 365 Club Coverage.)

365 Clubs --- do not sell "Youth" memberships to club members.
--- YES-Athletics™ does not offer "youth" (student) memberships.

365 Clubs --- do not pay for "Certificates Of (liability) Insurance" (COI).
--- COI's are provided free-of-charge to 365 Clubs.

BONUS BENEFIT:
365 Students that attend the CCCNYC meet receive a discount on meet registration.  The discount is equal to one-half of their 365 Fee.
This, in effect, reduces the "365 Fee" for those students to only $5.00 (annually).
