Dashboard Coordinator - - -
The club's Dashboard Coordinator is the person specifically responsible for all parents completing online authorization for their student(s) to be included in your club's 365 Coverage™ for liability insurance. This can also include parents completing online payment for each student's "365 Fee".
NOTE: "365 Fees" can be payed online by each parent -or- the club can pay "365 Fees" online on behalf of the club's "365 Students".
IMPORTANT: "Dashboard Codes"
Each club's Dashboard Coordinator is responsible for providing the club's Dashboard Code to his/her successor.
If the new Dashboard Coordinator has the previous code - from the previous coordinator - the new coordinator can use the previous code to access the dashboard - and then immediately update the code as required.
If the club had a previous Dashboard Coordinator, the club's previous Dashboard Code is only available from the club's previous Dashboard Coordinator.
Entries and Results™ (EnR) does not provide FREE recovery support for Dashboard Codes. However, Code Recovery is available from EnR after the Recovery Fee has been received by EnR. The Recovery Fee is $50 for the club's first Code Recovery. The fee for each subsequent Code Recovery increases by $50. (1st recovery = $50 / 2nd recovery = $100 / 3rd recovery = $150 / etc.)
