With Quick Roster Access™,
usernames and passwords
are a thing of the past.
There are . . .
- no accounts to set up,
- no usernames to remember,
- no passwords to remember.
Simply remember your
(#1) phone number (last 4 digits),
(#2) your date of birth (mm & dd),
(#3) a one digit "identifier" (see below).

Here's how it works.
--- only 2 steps
(1) FIRST - a cross country Head Coach
must CLAIM his/her school or club.
This gives the Head Coach acces"
to the school's or club's dashboard.
Each Dashboard has, by default,
- Boys & Girls T&F rosters, and
- Boys & Girls XC rosters.
The Head Coach (or Parent) that claims
their school, club, or UNA Rosters
is the "Dashboard Coordinator".
Parents entering their own runner(s)
must claim rosters specifically for
unattached (UNA) students.
Parent serve as their own
"Dashboard Coordinator".
(2) When Dashboard Coordinators claim
their school, club or UNA rosters, they
set up a 9-digit code that is used to
access their dashboard.
This code is referred to as the
"Dashboard Code". (See below.)

--- DASHBOARD CODES ---
Each Dashboard Coordinator can
share his/her Dashboard Code with
other coaches. This gives all coaches
access to all four rosters.
- OR -
- each roster can have its own code.
This enables Dashboard Coordinators
to assign rosters to different coaches.

Parent Access Codes (clubs):
Each club's Dashboard Coordinator must
assign a "Parent Access" Code to each
roster so parents can access the rosters
to provide Parent Authorization for their
student(s) to participate in the club's
"365 Liability Insurance" program.

When you set up your Dashboard Code
it MUST CONTAIN the following numbers:
(Your Dashboard Code has nine digits.)
The first four digits are ---
the last 4 digits of your phone number.
The next four digits are ---
your Date of Birth (mm/dd).
The last digit is ---
the ????? number, which is:
- "1" is for HS
- "2" is for JH
- "3" is for Elem Sch
- "4" is for YES-365 Clubs
- "5" is for UNA school
- "5" is for UNA club

Here's the proccess - - -
(#1) Find a few people that have a phone - who can help at your meet.
(#2) Give them the ERS Code for your meet so they can enter the Phone Timing™ section in Entries and Results™.
(#3) Have one or two of them count the runners on their phone as they cross the finish line.
(#4) Have the others enter each runner's competition number in the order of finish.
(#5) Don't forget to announce to coaches and spectators to go to Entries and Results™ on their phone - and click on "Live Results".
