Quick Roster Access™
SCHOOL MEETS - - -
With Quick Roster Access™,
usernames and passwords
are a thing of the past.
- no accounts to set up,
- no usernames to remember,
- no passwords to forget or recover.
Simply remember your
"Dashboard Code".
Each Dashboard Code contains the
following combination of numbers:
- the last 4 digits of your phone number,
- your date of birth (mm & dd only), and
- a one digit "identifier" at the end.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
If you represent a youth cross country CLUB, leave this page and click on YES-Athletics™ on the home page.
If you are a SCHOOL cross country coach, or a parent entering your own unattached student(s) in school meets, please continue below. This applies to public, private and home school students.

DASHBOARD COORDINATOR (school) - - -
FIRST - - -
- the school's Head XC Coach must
"Claim" his/her school. This gives the
Head Coach access to the school's
Roster Dashboard.
Each Dashboard, by default, has
- a Boys & Girls T&F roster, and
- a Boys & Girls XC roster.
Each ROSTER can be assigned to
one or more coaches - if desired
Parents entering their own student(s)
in school meets must claim a roster
for unattached students. Parents of
unattached (UNA) students serve as
their own "Dashboard Coordinator".
These parents are referred to as a
"UNA Parent/Coach -or- "UNAP/C".
The Head Coach or UNAP/C that claims
their school (or roster for an unattached
student) is the "Dashboard Coordinator".
SUMMARY:
Claim your School Dashboard, or UNAP/C
Dashboard. This identifies you as the
Dashboard Coordinator.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
SECOND - - -
During the first step, you will also assign
a Dashboard Code to your dashboard.
From that point forward, you will only
need your Dashboard Code to access
your dashboard. This eliminates having
to set up an Entries and Results™ (EnR)
account and having to remember
usernames and passwords.
In addition, assistant coaches can
access their assigned roster(s) using
a Roster Code.
Roster Codes are assigned by their
Dashboard Coordinator. Therefore,
there is no need for any coaches to
have individual EnR accounts.
SUMMARY:
--- QUICK ROSTER ACCESS™ ---
- no accounts to set up,
- no usernames to remember,
- no passwords to forget or recover.
Simply remember your
Dashboard Code or Roster Code

The next four digits are ---
your Date of Birth (mm/dd).
The last (9th) digit is ---
the code "identifier".
- If the Dashboard Code is for a
high school, the identifier is "1".
- If the Dashboard Code is for a
junior high, the "identifier" is "2".
- If . . . an elementary school,
the identifier is "3".
- If . . . UNA - school meets,
the identifier is "4"
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

IMPORTANT - - -
"Dashboard Code Recovery"
Dashboard Coordinators are responsible for providing the current Dashboard Code to his/her successor.
If the new Dashboard Coordinator has the previous code - from the previous coordinator - the new coordinator can use the previous code to access the dashboard - and then immediately update the code using his/her phone number and date of birth.
REMEMBER -- THE REQUIRED EnR FORMAT MUST BE USED.
Therefore, if the school had a previous Dashboard Coordinator, the previous Dashboard Code is only available from the club's previous Dashboard Coordinator -or- from other coaches that shared the Dashboard Code instead of having individual Roster Codes.
Please be aware --- Entries and Results™ (EnR) does NOT provide any support to recover Dashboard (or Roster) Codes.
However - - -
the timing company that introduced you to Entries and Results™ (with Phone Timing™ ) does provide limited Dashboard Code Recovery.
The timing company's Dashboard
Code Recovery Fee is as follows:
The
Recovery Fee is $50 for schools for the first Code Recovery.
--- NOTE: this is per school.
The fee for each subsequent Dashboard Code Recovery for the school increases by $50.
- 1st recovery for the school = $50
- 2nd recovery for the school = $100
- 3rd recovery for the school = $150
- etc.
Summary - - -
the Recovery Fee for each school
continues to increase from one
recovery to the next - regardless . . .
----------------------------------
--- DASHBOARD ACCESS OPTIONS ---
(This is for School Coaches only.)
Option #1: Each Dashboard Coordinator
can share his/her Dashboard Code with
the other coaches. This gives all coaches
access to all four rosters.
- OR -
Option #2: Each individual roster can
have its own code. This enables each
coach to have a Roster Code for only
the specific roster(s) he/she needs.
