Quick Roster Access™
With Quick Roster Access,
Usernames and Passwords
are a thing of the past.
Here's how it works. --- (only 2 steps)
(1) FIRST - a cross country Head Coach
must CLAIM his/her school or club,
which gives the Head Coach access
to the school's or club's roster
dashboard.
Parents who are entering their own
runner(s) must CLAIM rosters for
unattached (UNA) students in
order to gain access to their
dashboard.
The Head Coach (or Parent) that claims
their school, club (or UNA Rosters) is the
"Dashboard Coordinator".
(2) After you (as a Dashboard Coordinator)
claim your school, club or UNA rosters,
your next step is to set up a CODE that is
used to access to your dashboard and
rosters. This code is referred to as your
"Dashboard Code".
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
--- Dashboard Code ---
By sharing your Dashboard Code
with other coaches - they can all
access their respective roster(s)
from the same Dashboard.
- OR -
you can assign a "Roster Code"
to each roster - and provide the
Roster Code to the coach that
is responsible for that roster.
-------------------------------
CLUBS: Parent Authorization codes
are the same as a Roster code.
Roster (Parent Authorization)
Codes are assigned from the
left panel on your dashboard.
Remember - do NOT share your
Dashboard Code with parents.
Share ONLY the PA (Roster) Code.
-------------------------------
Some Dashboard Coordinators
prefer sharing their Dashboard
Code with their other coaches,
which enables all coaches to
share the same code and enter
the same Dashboard that has all
of the school's or club's Rosters.
PARENTS also use their Dashboard
Code to gain access to the rosters
they need in order to enter their
UNA student(s) in meets.

There are . . .
- no accounts to set up,
- no usernames to remember,
- no passwords to remember.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
- - - IMPORTANT - - -
Dashboard Codes must include
the following 9 numbers. And they
must be in the following order:
(#1) Last 4 digits of your phone number.
Plus - - -
(#2) the last 4 numbers of your SS#.
Plus - - -
(#3) the school level/club reference
number, which is:
- "1" for HS
- "2" for JH
- "3" for Elem Sch
- "4" for (365) Clubs
- "5" for Unattached Rosters.
Dashboard Codes are very
easy to remember - - -

and schools that can afford the price.
HOWEVER — the costs are high,
- the meets are way too long, and
- the start line is always too crowded.
